Many expat stations focus on music and in-between-tunes chat for homesick Brits. Expats Radio's uniqueness lies in its question-and-answer approach. Programing is to be helpful to people, with target listener Brits age 30 to 55, often with small children. The site is looking for a presenter to do children's programming. Future plans include more original music programming and even comedy shows.
For right now, the site features 11 regular presenters plus 13 'reporters' in France who provide recorded material, plus the site is working with British print outlets in France — including 'The Connexion', 'Riviera Reporter' and 'French News' — to create new programmes.
